I'm a Digital Artist and my work is digital only, and won't be shipping any physical goods.

I have the right to decline a commission if I don't feel comfortable or that I might not be able to work on it.

As the artist, I still maintain the rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it to my portfolio, etc., unless talked about it with the Client.

The client is not allowed to feed my art to any AI-generation websites, or you will be blacklisted and won't be able to commission me again.

You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Please credit me or put a link going to one of my socials, this has to be done anytime the art is posted anywhere.

No one is allowed to edit, trace, or copy the finished artwork unless given permission by me.

If no work has been done, you will be refunded the full amount.

If the initial sketch was already approved by the client, the refunded amount is 50%.

If the lineart was already approved by the client, the refund amount will be 25%.

Payments are currently only accepted only through Paypal and Stripe.

All commissions must be Half Payed before I begin working.

If full payment has not been received after our agreed dates, I will assume you no longer wish to commission me, I will cancel your request, unless you let me know before that payment will be late.

The time for completion is from 1 week to 3 weeks or more. (depending on how much work I have at the moment)

You may message me any time for a status update, but please don't pressure me, I probably have multiple commissions to work on or am busy with IRL stuff. thank you for understanding!

Changes can only be done during the sketch and linework phase.

No major changes will be made after the Linework is approved by the Client, after that I will charge for every change unless there's been a mistake on my side like not noticing a detail.
